I recently purchased a 2013 Mazda CX9 from your Liverpool Mazda Dealership & wanted to write to you to congratulate Chris Willis on his wonderful service.

I have been looking at Mazda seven seater vehicles since around October last year. We recently welcomed child no 4 to our family, so I was in the last stages of pregnancy when we visited your showrooms in December of last year.

Chris Willis greeted us and instantly made us feel comfortable. He wasn’t overwhelming, just assertive which was very refreshing after visiting car dealer after car dealer looking for a suitable vehicle. We went for a test drive in the Mazda CX9 (all 5 of us) and felt as if nothing was too much trouble for Chris that day. He made the experience comfortable and was very friendly and patient with the whole family. He could answer all of our questions regarding the car – offered advice regarding the various CX9 models and was nothing but wonderful to deal with.

I had been actively looking for a couple of months & wasn’t quite sure which way to go. I went on to look at another 2 or 3 vehicles at different dealerships as well as having a look at the Mazda CX9 again at another Mazda Dealership, nobody else was as helpful or left an impression such as Chris, so I decided to go back to Liverpool Mazda and make the purchase of the 2013 Mazda CX9 which I just took delivery of on Thursday of last week.

After driving only Holden vehicles for 20+ years, I have only ever dealt with one dealership till now. Chris Willis professionalism is outstanding and really did make the difference. He was quick to follow-up with an ETA of the new vehicle and keep me informed along the way.

I am writing to express my appreciation for the exceptional service and hospitality that I received when visiting your premises at Liverpool Mazda.

I initially approached reception to ask for assistance with a new car purchase, during a very busy Sunday afternoon. After a short wait I was introduced to AJ Rasteen who assisted me with my queries on purchasing a new Mazda 3.

AJ made it easy to decide which model of car would meet my requirements and helped me narrow down my choices very quickly and efficiently. AJ organised a test drive on the spot and within a few minutes of drinking my complimentary coffee, we were on the road! It wasn't long after, that I was convinced the Mazda 3 SP25 was the car for me.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to your Sales Consultant, Chris Willis who has been a brilliant help in organising my new Mazda 2. As you are aware I was left suddenly without a car just over two weeks ago when my ‘very old’ car broke down permanently. Within half a day I had a loan car and the car I wanted was on its way. On Monday 20th May I had a service completed at your Mazda Service Centre in Liverpool, and Liverpool Mazda is to be congratulated for having such great staff.

I was attended on the front counter by Alan Boland and told him I had problems, having recently lost my wife, borrowing her car key, then losing it. I felt it could be in the car. As a war veteran from World War two having a metal hip and two full metal knees, I can't bend properly.

I again began using my car key to find the battery flat. He said we will commence the service but first we will look for the missing key. In a matter of minutes he returned with the missing key and gave me a Mazda key chain. On completion of the work, he then escorted me to my car ensuring me everything had been done.

I would be obliged if you could inform him of my complete satisfaction, and the courtesy he had shown me.
