The Mazda BT-50 is backed by a 2-year, unlimited kilometre warranty where if you haven't reached 100,000km at the end of two years, warranty cover extends to 3-years or 100,000 kilometres, whichever should occur first.

Mazda Parts and Panels Warranty

All genuine Mazda spare parts and panels are backed by Mazda’s Parts and Panels Warranty. Not only are these Mazda genuine spare parts best for your car because they’re specifically engineered to give your Mazda its special Zoom-Zoom, they will fit perfectly and are certified to the highest Mazda Engineering Requirements.

A great benefit of Mazda’s Parts and Panels Warranty is that most parts installed & paid for during vehicle repair or Mazda service are covered for as long as you own the vehicle they were installed to.

Mazda Roadside Assistance That You Can Count On

You can choose between a Standard policy offering all the key services required to get you moving again, or the Premium policy, which adds benefits like accommodation, a rental car, or vehicle recovery should you break down more than 100km from home for longer than 24 hours. You’ll be covered 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, anywhere in Australia and your Mazda will be serviced and repaired by Mazda-approved technicians.

BONUS - AHG Protection Plan

When you buy a new car from Liverpool Mazda, you are automatically covered with the AHG's Mechanical Protection Plan which provides an additional three years (or 175,000kms in total) of protection. You can upgrade this to a premium protection plan, which will cover your vehicle up to 200,000kms. This means that your new Mazda comes with a three year manufacturer’s warranty, plus three additional years of cover with AHG's Protection Plan. (t's & c's apply)

There are two types of AHG Mechanical Protection Plan that you can choose from:

  • Standard Cover: 3yrs (after Statutory or Manufacturers Warranty) / up to 175,000kms since manufacture, max $1000 per claim, $3000 claim entitlement (total) over the contract.
  • Premium Cover: 3yrs (after Statutory or Manufacturers Warranty) / up to 200,000kms cover, max $2,000 per claim, unlimited claims over the contract, includes Platinum National Roadside Assistance

Please note that the vehicle must always be serviced at an AHG service centre for the entirety of ownership for the AHG mechanical protection plan to apply. If you prefer to extend the life of your car warranty, you can opt for an additional 3-year Premium Warranty, for that added protection.

Make A Claim

In the unlikely event that something does go wrong during your warranty period, contact Liverpool Mazda for support and advice.

They’ll need you to provide:

  • full details of what’s wrong with your vehicle
  • your name, address and telephone number

Once they’ve got all the information they need, they’ll book you in for the repair at the next available time.
